Using this website

Use this website lawfully and only share information you are authorised to provide. Do not send spam, impersonate others, introduce malicious material, attempt unauthorised access or bypass security and submission limits. We may take proportionate action to protect the website and investigate misuse.

Services and project agreements

The website describes website development, mobile applications, social media services and email marketing. An inquiry starts a discussion; it is not a booking, accepted order, contract or commitment to a particular price, start date, delivery date or result.

Before work begins, scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment, changes, approvals, timelines, cancellation and ownership or licensing of deliverables must be agreed separately in writing. Those project terms govern the agreed services; these website terms do not silently change an existing project agreement. No online payment or checkout is provided here.

Inquiries and communication

Provide an accurate email address and a useful outline. Company and timeline details are optional. Do not send passwords, customer records, payment details or sensitive information through the inquiry form. We will review inquiries and respond by email as soon as reasonably possible; no fixed response time or project acceptance is promised.

A confirmation means the outgoing email service accepted the message. Inbox delivery is not guaranteed. If the result is uncertain, keep the reference and check with hey@fyzync.com before starting another inquiry. The website is not an emergency or time-critical communication channel.

Content and intellectual property

FYZYNC branding, original content and authored artwork remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Third-party libraries and icons remain under their own licences. Visiting the website does not transfer rights in the brand, artwork or any deliverable.

Interface and campaign illustrations are concepts. They do not represent completed client work, endorsements or guaranteed outcomes. You may view and use website information to evaluate our services, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Rights in commissioned work and client materials must be agreed separately.

Third-party links and platforms

Links to LinkedIn or other external services are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content, availability, privacy practices and terms. A link or mention of a technology does not mean that a third-party account, licence or charge is included in a project. Account access, costs and responsibilities should be agreed before work starts.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information and features may change and the website may be temporarily unavailable. Confirm material project requirements directly before treating a description as a commitment. No promise of uninterrupted operation, absolute security, rankings, revenue or particular marketing results is made.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website information or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including mandatory consumer protections. Project-specific warranties and responsibilities belong in the separate project agreement.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains inquiry and essential security processing, service providers, retention criteria and privacy contacts. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter. Contact hey@fyzync.com with privacy questions or requests.

Law and resolving concerns

These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory protections and rights that apply to you where you live. No provision requires you to give up access to a regulator, a remedy or a court that applicable law entitles you to use.

Please first contact hey@fyzync.com so we can try to resolve a website-related concern. Jurisdiction, dispute processes and additional obligations for an individual project may be agreed in its separate contract, subject to applicable law. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of non-excludable rights is created by these website terms.

Updates and contact

We may update these website terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Changes apply to subsequent website use and do not retrospectively alter a separately agreed project contract.
